Chi Performance is a simple, proven method that can help you perform ‘in the Zone’ and win!

Chi is the Chinese term for your breath; it also denotes the life-force energy that runs through your body. Here’s a quick video that explains more.

When your mind is quiet, when your emotions are neutral and when your body is strong but relaxed, then your chi can flow quite naturally  through your body, allowing for fluid, powerful, effortless and precise movement, whether it’s a tennis serve, a golf swing or playing the piano.

When you focus on your breathing, you encourage yourself to enter into the ‘relaxation response’; we could call this Zen mind or the meditative state and it parallels what we know about ‘the Zone’ or the flow-state in sport and the arts.

The Chi Performance method has been tried, tested and proven by my research and my work with hundreds of sports-people and performing artists over a period of almost two decades; it can help you access ‘the zone’, that elusive realm of relaxed concentration so akin to the meditative state and sought after by those performing complex movement skills in contests, competitions and tournaments.
