Here’s a great picture I found by Dennis Clarke; it’s called ‘Mind Full’ and really captures the absurdity of the mainstream approach to golf performance i.e. filling your head with 1001 things to remember while swinging the golf club!
A simpler way of training to improve your golf, (and one that is categorically proven to reduce the number of shots you take per game), can be expressed with this image below, which conveys unity between mind and body, and a sense of internal peace, brought about by following the breathing.
Surely it can’t be too difficult a choice to make?
